Our mission
Athletes spend thousands of hours training what everyone can see. INNR exists to help them train what people can’t.
Mental performance should be approached like every other area of performance: something you can deliberately practice, train and improve.

Our story
Built from the sidelines.
INNR started with an injury.
Going into my junior year, football was everything. I was competing, training and chasing the next level. Then a shoulder injury ended my season and put me on the sideline.
The physical recovery had a plan. Surgery. Rehab. Strength. Reps. The mental side didn’t.
I started digging into sports psychology—confidence, visualization, pressure, focus, fear of reinjury—and realized how much of performance happens long before the ball is snapped, the race starts or the game is on the line.
Elite athletes train everything they can measure. Strength. Speed. Recovery. Nutrition. But the part that controls all of it—the mind—is often left to chance.
And when athletes do look for help, most of what exists isn’t built for them. It feels like therapy, generic motivation, or advice that disappears the second the pressure becomes real.
I wanted something different.
A coach in your pocket that understands athletes. One that can help you prepare for a big game, reset after a mistake, rebuild confidence, visualize success, control your nerves and get better at the part of the game nobody sees.
So I started building INNR. Not because the mental game is a weakness. Because at the highest level, it’s an edge.
I built INNR while fighting to get back on the field myself, with one goal: give athletes the mental training I wish I’d had when my season ended.
